FAQ

Remind me why we can’t have carols at Epping Oval?

Thanks to COVID-19, we can’t have our usual 2000+ people gather for carols in a public place. Yet it’s more important than ever this year, to celebrate the spirit of Christmas as a community. Instead of gathering at Epping Oval, invite your family, friends and neighbours to your home for a CAROLS WATCH PARTY!

What’s a carols watch party?

Noun.
watch party
(plural watch parties)
A social gathering for the purpose of watching a specific event or programme on television.

A carols watch party is a great way to gather together with family, friends and neighbours to sing some carols and celebrate the spirit of Christmas with each other in a COVID-safe way. You can watch the North Epping Carols at 7pm on Saturday 12th December 2020 via our YouTube channel from the comfort of your own home!

Why should I register?

If you register as a host by Friday 4th December 2020 you will receive a FREE HOST PACK. The pack includes lots of great things to help you host your watch party. There’ll be song booklets, decorations, children’s craft activities and more!

PLUS by registering your party you will automatically be in the lucky draw to WIN 1 of 6 Christmas food hampers! (pictured above).

Delivery of host packs will take place from Saturday 5th December.

If I don’t register can
I still watch the carols?

Yes, of course!

You can watch via our YouTube channel at 7pm on Saturday 12th December. If you subscribe you can be reminded about the event on the day.
